Thanks to the writer of this column for Highlighting this fact that the only road project so far done in Baluchistan was building of a 750 km long road along with a coastal High Way by General Pervaiz Musharraf.

After him, Zardari and Nawaz governments have done no development in this regard at all, although both boast tall claims claiming credit for themselves.

All they did was to re-route connecting highways so that the land rate could shoot up. Ironically most of this land they had already acquired through their cronies to guarantee their benefit from this property bonanza they had cleverly manipulated, albeit all in the name of CPEC.
